Delivery information for UK and non-mainland regions

1Where We Deliver

We offer free delivery across the UK Mainland. Additional delivery charges apply to the following non-mainland regions:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Northern Ireland

Remote areas: Some remote areas (e.g., certain Scottish postcodes, Highlands, Islands, and offshore locations) may require 3–14 working days for delivery.

Please note: Delivery to the Republic of Ireland (EIRE) is temporarily unavailable.

2Delivery Timeframes

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Telford and typically arrive within:

  • 2–5 working days for UK Mainland
  • 3–14 working days for remote and offshore areas

Delivery times may vary due to peak seasons or unexpected delays.

All deliveries are made to the first accessible ground-floor door of the property.

4Important Delivery Information

4.1 Delivery Method

Orders are delivered to the first accessible ground-floor entrance. Delivery personnel are not permitted to:

  • Carry items upstairs
  • Enter internal rooms of the property
  • Navigate narrow staircases or complex internal routes

Please ensure the access path is clear on the delivery day.

4.2 Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If no one is available to receive the goods or the provided address is incorrect:

  • A redelivery fee may apply
  • Delivery will be rearranged for the next available date

4.3 Packaging & Assembly

  • Mattresses are delivered vacuum-packed in a box
  • Bed frames and furniture may arrive flat-packed and require self-assembly, unless otherwise stated

4.4 Delays Beyond Our Control

In case of delays caused by weather, traffic, or other external factors, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the delay becomes substantial, you may cancel your order.
