1General
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Conditions") apply to all orders placed on audreamy.co.uk.
1.2 Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3Orders & Contract Formation
3.1 When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase our products ("Products").
3.2 A binding contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation Email.
3.3 If we cannot accept your order (e.g., out of stock, pricing error), we will notify you and refund any payment.
3.4 Orders must be placed via our Website.
3.5 We only deliver within the United Kingdom.
3.6 If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3.7 If you need to amend your order, please contact us immediately.
4Product Information
4.1 Products fall under two categories:
- Made to Measure Products (custom or non-standard items)
- Standard Products (produced to our usual specifications)
4.2 Images on the Website are for illustration; slight variations may occur.
4.3 For Made to Measure Products, you are responsible for accurate measurements.
4.4 Mattresses are handmade and may vary by ±2cm in size.
4.5 Made to Measure Products are non-refundable unless faulty.
4.6 Bed slat gaps must not exceed 6cm to prevent mattress damage and warranty issues.
5Errors
5.1 If a pricing error is obvious and identifiable as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.
5.2 Description errors will be corrected as soon as possible.
6Price & Payment
6.1 All prices include VAT.
6.2 Discounts cannot be stacked unless expressly stated.
6.3 Payment is taken when the order is accepted.
6.4 We accept major UK debit/credit cards.
6.5 Payments must be made with a UK-registered account.
6.6 Billing information must match bank records.
7Availability
7.1 Products are subject to availability.
7.2 If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will refund you or offer an alternative.
7.3 Lead times for custom or backorder items are estimates only.
8Delivery
8.1 Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
8.2 In-stock items will follow the delivery timeframes displayed during checkout.
8.3 Pre-order and Made to Measure Products will have estimated delivery windows.
8.4 We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
8.5 Do not dispose of old furniture until new items arrive.
8.6 "Room of Choice" deliveries require safe and clear access routes.
8.7 "Doorstep Delivery" is to the first accessible ground-floor entrance.
8.8 Furniture may arrive flat-packed and require self-assembly.
8.9 Changing delivery address or date after dispatch may incur a fee (up to £45).
8.10 Failed deliveries caused by customer absence or incorrect information may incur additional charges.
8.11 Delivery charges may still apply if access restrictions prevent delivery.
9Risk & Liability
9.1 If you request a no-signature delivery, items are left at your own risk.
9.2 Responsibility for product care transfers to you once delivered.
9.3 We do not limit liability where unlawful (injury, fraud, statutory rights).
9.4 We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses.
10Faulty Products
10.1 We must provide products that conform with your contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
⭐ 10.2 Mattress-Specific Inspection & Evidence Requirement
Please check your Products immediately upon delivery. If you discover damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 14 days.
For mattress products only, to determine the cause of the issue, we may request:
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the damaged area
- A full unboxing video starting from the mattress in its original, sealed, unopened condition
If you cannot provide required evidence for mattress items, we may be unable to confirm the damage source, which may affect your claim.
For non-mattress items, we may request photos or further information where appropriate.
10.3 If a fault develops later, we will assess it under UK consumer law and product warranty terms.
11Cancelling Your Order
11.1 You may cancel depending on the situation:
- Faulty or misdescribed items
- Our errors or significant delays
- You change your mind (subject to rules below)
11.2 You may cancel immediately if:
- You were informed of a pricing/description error
- Delivery is significantly delayed
- We have breached the contract
11.3 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, most items can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving them.
11.4 You cannot cancel if:
- The item is sealed for hygiene and has been unsealed (including mattresses, toppers, pillows, duvets, mattress protectors)
- The item is Made to Measure
- Mattresses opened from vacuum packaging cannot be returned

14Complaints
14.1 If you are dissatisfied with a Product or service, contact:
14.2 We may request photos, and if needed, arrange an independent inspection for potential manufacturing faults.
15Other Important Terms
15.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under this contract to another organisation.
15.2 You may only transfer your rights with our written consent.
15.3 No third party has rights to enforce this contract.
15.4 If any clause is deemed unlawful, remaining clauses remain valid.
15.5 Delay in enforcing rights does not constitute a waiver.
15.6 These Conditions are governed by English law. Disputes may be brought to the courts of England and Wales.
