Audreamy Arctic Collection

Arctic Mattress

The Audreamy Arctic Mattress is a 34cm medium firm hybrid sleep system built for customers who sleep hot and need active cooling without compromising proper support. Arctic combines ArcticGel™ gel-infused memory foam — Audreamy's proprietary active cooling memory foam technology — with BritWool™ natural wool blending, a high-density layered foam build, and a 1,000-count ZoneCoil™ 7 pocket spring core. ZoneCoil™ 7 is Audreamy's proprietary 7-zone spring support technology. The sleep surface is finished with a bamboo-derived knitted cover, naturally softer and more breathable than conventional cotton. The result is a mattress that draws heat away from the body throughout the night, contours gently to key pressure points for plush pressure relief, and delivers structured medium firm support from surface to base — with significantly reduced partner disturbance.

Active cooling, all night long

Most mattresses that claim to sleep cool rely on breathable covers or open-cell foam to passively reduce heat. Arctic goes further. At the centre of its comfort system is ArcticGel™ memory foam — a gel-infused layer in which gel particles are permanently bonded into the foam matrix. Rather than simply allowing heat to dissipate, ArcticGel™ actively absorbs excess body heat at the point of contact and redirects it away from the sleep surface, maintaining a consistently cooler feel from the first moment of lying down through to the morning.

This active cooling approach is what distinguishes Arctic from Vita and from standard breathable foam designs. It is the natural choice for customers who run warm at night, or who have found that conventional memory foam traps too much heat to be comfortable across a full night's sleep.

Comfort layers, designed for cooling and pressure relief

Bamboo knitted cover

The sleep surface begins with a bamboo-derived knitted cover. Bamboo fibres are naturally softer than cotton and highly breathable, wicking moisture away from the skin and keeping the surface feeling fresh throughout the night. Certified to OEKO-TEX® standards, the fabric is free from harmful substances and suitable for sensitive skin. The quilted construction gives the cover a premium hand feel and a clean, structured finish across the full sleep surface.

BritWool™ wool blend layer

Directly beneath the cover sits Audreamy's BritWool™ thermal regulation layer — a premium natural fibre blend incorporating British-sourced wool. Wool is a natural temperature regulator: it absorbs and releases moisture in response to body heat, helping to keep the sleep environment warmer in winter and cooler in summer without any synthetic intervention. Within the Arctic system, BritWool™ works in tandem with ArcticGel™ to form a dual-layer thermal approach — wool handles the broader climate regulation, while gel memory foam manages peak heat absorption at the sleep surface.

ArcticGel™ memory foam

At the core of Arctic's comfort story is ArcticGel™ — Audreamy's proprietary gel-infused memory foam, CertiPUR and CertiPUR-US certified. Where standard memory foam uses a dense foam matrix that absorbs and holds body heat, ArcticGel™ integrates gel particles directly into the foam structure during manufacture. These gel particles continuously absorb excess body heat and redirect it away from the sleep surface — preventing the progressive warming that makes conventional memory foam uncomfortable for hot sleepers. At the same time, the memory foam layer conforms precisely to the shoulders, hips and lower back for targeted pressure relief throughout the night.

Transition foam and high-density support foam

Below the ArcticGel™ layer, a transition foam sheet creates a smooth gradient in firmness — preventing any abrupt shift between the conforming comfort layer and the firm support structure beneath. A premium high-density support foam then distributes body weight evenly across the full spring system. Its dense composition resists compression under sustained nightly load, helping the mattress maintain its shape and preventing the dips and sags that can develop over time in lower-density builds. Both foams are CertiPUR and CertiPUR-US certified.

1,000 ZoneCoil™ 7 pocket springs

At the foundation of the Arctic Mattress is a 1,000-count ZoneCoil™ 7 pocket spring system. Each spring is individually wrapped in its own fabric pocket, allowing it to compress and respond independently to movement and body weight. This independent action means the mattress contours more precisely to the sleeper while isolating motion across the bed — so movement on one side is far less likely to disturb the other.

ZoneCoil™ 7 is Audreamy's proprietary 7-zone spring support technology. The spring layout is engineered to deliver differentiated support across the body's key pressure zones — softer compression at the shoulders and legs, and firmer resistance at the lower back and hips — helping the spine maintain a neutral alignment and reducing the postural strain that can cause morning stiffness.

The Arctic's ZoneCoil™ 7 uses a heavier wire gauge than the Vita, giving the spring system a firmer, more responsive feel that complements Arctic's structured medium firm character.

Plush comfort on top, structured support underneath

Arctic has a medium firm feel, but delivers it in a cushioned and enveloping way. The BritWool™ layer and bamboo knitted cover create a soft, plush first feel at the sleep surface, while the high-density support foam and ZoneCoil™ 7 spring core keep the mattress stable and composed underneath. The ArcticGel™ memory foam in between contours precisely to the body's shape — so the comfort feels generous, not rigid.

The key difference between Arctic and Vita is not firmness or feel — both deliver a medium firm, plush sleep experience. The distinction is in how they manage heat. Vita uses AirCell™ open-cell foam to allow passive airflow and reduce heat build-up. Arctic goes a step further with ArcticGel™ — actively drawing heat away from the body throughout the night. Arctic is the natural choice for customers who want the same cushioned comfort as Vita, but need more aggressive cooling.

Supportive from top to base

Impact diffusion felt pads

Two natural cotton felt pads are positioned symmetrically above and below the ZoneCoil™ 7 spring unit. They act as protective buffers between the foam layers and the spring system, distributing individual spring pressure more evenly across the comfort layers and protecting them from premature localised compression fatigue. The lower felt pad additionally stabilises the spring unit from beneath, extending the structural integrity of the mattress over time.

Reinforced border and non-slip base

A three-layer reinforced border — knitted fabric, natural cotton fibre and high-resilience foam — runs the full perimeter of the mattress, maintaining a firm, upright edge under consistent load. The Arctic retains its shape and is comfortable to sit on at the edge without significant sinkage. The breathable non-slip base fabric keeps the mattress securely positioned on any divan or slatted frame throughout the night, without the need for fixings.

Certifications

The Arctic Mattress is built to independently verified safety and quality standards across its key materials. The bamboo knitted cover is certified to OEKO-TEX® standards, confirming it is free from harmful substances. The ArcticGel™ memory foam and all support foams are CertiPUR and CertiPUR-US certified — meeting rigorous standards for content, emissions and durability, and independently tested to confirm they are free from harmful chemicals including heavy metals, formaldehyde and ozone-depleting substances.

Sleeping feels easy again

I didn’t realise how much my old mattress was affecting my day until I changed to this Audreamy mattress. I used to wake up feeling heavy, tired and not properly rested, even after a full night in bed. This one feels much more supportive and comfortable, and I now wake up feeling lighter, fresher and ready for the day. Honestly, it has made a much bigger difference than I expected.

Frequently Asked Questions

The bamboo-derived knitted cover is the first layer your body meets, so it plays an important role in the mattress’s immediate comfort. Bamboo fibres are naturally softer and more breathable than conventional cotton, helping the surface feel gentle, fresh and comfortable against the skin.

Its moisture-wicking quality helps move excess moisture away from the body, keeping the sleep surface drier and less stuffy through the night. Certified to OEKO-TEX® standards, the fabric is also tested for harmful substances, making it suitable for sleepers who care about material safety and skin contact.

The quilted construction adds a premium hand feel and a clean, structured finish across the full sleep surface — soft at first touch, but neat and supportive in appearance.

BritWool™ adds a natural thermal regulation layer directly beneath the bamboo cover. British-sourced wool can absorb and release moisture in response to body heat, helping the sleep environment stay more balanced across changing seasons.

In cooler weather, it helps create a cosier feel. In warmer conditions, it helps moisture escape more effectively, reducing the heavy or clammy feeling that can build up overnight.

In this mattress, BritWool™ works alongside ArcticGel™ to create a dual-layer cooling approach: wool helps regulate the broader sleep climate, while the gel memory foam manages excess heat closer to the body. The result is a fresher, more balanced comfort system designed for year-round sleep.

ArcticGel™ is Audreamy’s proprietary gel-infused memory foam, designed for sleepers who want pressure relief without the heat build-up often associated with conventional memory foam. Instead of using a dense foam structure that absorbs and holds body heat, ArcticGel™ integrates gel particles directly into the foam during manufacture.

These gel particles help absorb excess body heat at the point of contact and redirect it away from the sleep surface. This helps prevent the gradual warming that can make ordinary memory foam uncomfortable for hot sleepers.

At the same time, the memory foam gently conforms to the shoulders, hips and lower back, helping reduce pressure in the areas where the body needs cushioning most. The result is cooling comfort with targeted pressure relief — soft, contouring and noticeably fresher through the night.

The transition foam and high-density support foam work together to create a smoother connection between the cooling comfort layer above and the spring support system below. This prevents the mattress from feeling like it suddenly changes from soft contouring comfort to firm structural support.

The transition foam creates a gradual firmness shift, allowing the body to settle more naturally into the mattress. Beneath it, the high-density support foam acts as a stronger pressure-distribution platform, spreading body weight evenly before it reaches the springs.

This layered structure helps the mattress maintain its shape under nightly use, reducing the risk of dips and sagging over time. The result is a medium firm feel that stays cushioned on top, stable underneath and more controlled across the full sleep surface.

ZoneCoil™ 7 is Audreamy’s proprietary 7-zone pocket spring system, built with 1,000 individually wrapped springs. Each spring responds independently to body weight and movement, allowing the mattress to contour more accurately to the sleeper while helping isolate motion across the bed.

The 7-zone layout is engineered to give different levels of support across key pressure areas. It offers softer compression around the shoulders and legs, with firmer resistance around the lower back and hips, helping the body stay more naturally aligned.

This is especially important for couples. When one person turns over or gets out of bed, the independent spring response helps reduce movement transfer to the other side. The mattress feels supportive, responsive and more settled throughout the night.

Impact Diffusion Felt helps create a more durable and stable support platform around the spring unit. Positioned above and below the pocket springs, the natural cotton felt pads act as protective buffers between the foam layers, the spring system and the base structure.

Above the springs, the felt helps distribute individual spring pressure more evenly across the comfort layers, reducing the risk of localised compression fatigue. Below the springs, it helps stabilise the spring unit and protect the lower structure from repeated movement over time.

Although it is hidden inside the mattress, this layer plays an important role in long-term performance — helping the mattress stay more even, stable and supportive night after night.

The reinforced border is built with a three-layer structure of knitted fabric, natural cotton fibre and high-resilience foam. It runs around the full perimeter of the mattress, helping the edge stay firm and upright under consistent load.

This means the mattress feels more secure when sitting on the side of the bed or sleeping near the edge, with less noticeable sinkage or collapse. It also helps the mattress maintain its shape over time.

The breathable non-slip base keeps the mattress securely positioned on divan, slatted or platform frames without the need for adhesives or fixings. Together, these details make the mattress feel more stable, practical and well-built in everyday use.

This mattress is best suited for sleepers who want a medium firm feel with extra cooling performance. It is designed for people who sleep hot, dislike the trapped-heat feeling of standard memory foam, or want a mattress that feels plush and pressure-relieving without becoming warm and heavy overnight.

The bamboo cover and BritWool™ layer create a breathable, naturally balanced surface, while ArcticGel™ memory foam actively helps draw excess heat away from the body. Beneath that, high-density foam and ZoneCoil™ 7 pocket springs keep the mattress stable, supportive and responsive.

The result is a mattress that feels cushioned and comfortable on top, but structured underneath — ideal for hot sleepers who still need proper medium firm support.
